It depends on the member holding your hearing. If decision has been announced already then it takes usually 3 weeks or so.

Gogia, stop telling stupid things. If your case is well grounded you will get positive decision.

I don't believe his statistics. E.g. He wrote that Gilles Guenette made 572 decisions during 2012. In general there r 52 weeks in one year or 260 working days (IRB doesn't work on weekends). And it's without state holidays and vocations. It means that Gilles had to make at least 2 decisions a day in conditions that he/she didn't miss any working day (for holiday, sickness, vocation and so on). So Gilles Guinette couldn't make 572 decisions per one year. It's false information.

I think its not false....if its false stats provided by IRB...authorised media officer...these r correct....numbers...

IRB see if any members approval rate is too high....they transfer him or her to other position in IRB...

Gogia these are your political opinions and have no place here.
Also please please write properly - your phrases are hard to understand and can easily be misinterpreted. If you don't communicate in this way outside of this forum then there is no need to do so in your posts. Thank you

It can't be correct numbers in any case. It's impossible for one member to work every single day without days off and make 2 decisions a day. Don't be silly.

Truth is bitter....and hard to swallow....my friend....

Everyone has his own opinions...but i.always.like to write what ever.in news papers or in media....so public should be aware of it...and thats their right...because we all are under charter of rights....freedom.of speech...for everyone.

What i try to say simply. ....refugee cases r not treated as it suppose to be.

Was it a negative decision? Mine was denied and they said it will be mailed. I dont know how long does it take. Do I have to wait for the letter before I can appeal within 15 days? Thanks. I know this is an old post.
