    Immigration consultant offices

Most people don't typically use a consultant as the filing can generally be done by anyone, unless you believe you have some extenuating circumstance? Anyway, it's probably best ti give your location, at least.

    Validity period of COPR

One year after the date of your medical or your passport expiry date, whichever is earliest

    IEC work permit re-application experience.

British people can only do it twice, unless you received a permit prior to 2011 (there was a rule change). Also an administrative refusal is not the same as being refused by the country and you don't need to mention it on future applications. I had to do the same thing for confirming my PR and...

    Lawyer?

It might be worth looking into another stream of PR, have a look at the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program, I'm not entirely familiar with Ontario one but it could help you

PR under Implied Status - Risk or No Risk?

If you're currently under an IEC working holiday permit then you don't benefit from implied status. If you were to work during this time then you will be in breach of your work permit. I'd recommend switching to visitor status and waiting to receive your LMIA. If you had a work permit other...

My police clearance certificate will be 2 months old when I am going to apply PR

Yes, that should be fine. Police Certificates need to be dated within 3 months.

Quitting the job as my PR in progress.

I didn't. Your CEC application is based on the 3 years prior to the date on your forms. I did send them my updated mailing address as I had moved city.

How and When will I be issued SIN

I can't say much about India as I've never lived there but I *wish* it was quite so simple in Canada, I've had many dealings with CRA and I've heard horror stories about EI & welfare in general (hopefully I'll never have to deal with that, but who knows?). But honestly, I hope your journey to...

How and When will I be issued SIN

SIN cards are are no longer issued, you won't receive one. You'll receive your SIN while at the Service Canada on a sheet of paper, you can work right away.

    mailing address Regular or Courier

Regular mail. Though I would recommend actually sending by courier, that way you can see it's been received.

    FEE PAYMENT FOR CEC

lThere were a couple of people that had their credit cards compromised or fail, which resulted in their application being returned. I used a money order from my bank as it's guaranteed to be fine, essentially you've made the payment at the bank teller.

    photo requirements CEC

Yea, I wrote the date on the back of my photos and it was fine.

    for landing the best way

I went to a POE. The questions they ask are not too invasive tbh, I was just asked how long I'd been in Canada, whether I liked it and if the COPR was correct. Most of the work at that point is done by CIC and CBSA are just checking superficial stuff (unless you're super sketchy). There were...

    Whose visa office is Beijing?

It doesn't matter what office you put in your application, it's received in Sydney and then sent to Ottawa. Everyone under the CEC system is processed at the same office.

    URGENT omg....help please

Yea I left it blank and it got processed fine, there is only one office that CEC applications are processed in so it's automatically sent there. No need to be worried.

IEC 2014 - International Experience Canada

Yea, you should be good to go for the young professional work permit. Though I imagine that if you qualify for the YP work permit that you're in a position classified as skilled, have you put much thought into obtaining PR?

    What to do !!

Probably background checks, especially if you're from more sensitive countries. I've noticed on here a number of people from Pakistan have had longer waits.

staying in canada for 36 months before applying

No, it won't be a problem. Bring physically in Canada for 36 months is not a requirement. The 36 month thing is a qualifying period, you need 12 months of experience in those 36. The other 24 months you can do as you bloody wish.

    What to do !!

Yea, there's not much you can do. You could order gcms notes if you wanted to but it won't speed up your app. Patience is key.

Quitting the job as my PR in progress.

It shouldn't affect you, I left my job after applying and I got PR fine. I suppose the only problem might be if you left your work and they didn't like it, then CIC contacting them for more info & them refusing. But your work would have to be assholes to do that.
