staying in canada for 36 months before applying

Hi guys

İ have recently submitted my application under cec. İ have been living in canada for 6 years but in summer times i used to go to back home for vacation so my last arrival to canada was sept 2012 meaning that im in canada for 24 months since my last vacation. My question is: the cec operation manual says you must acquire in canada for 36 months before applying. Would that be a problem during my app process ?

Look at it this way. Any qualified experience must be within 36 months at the time of application in order to claim it.
In short, assuming you will submit this September 2014 - you can claim experience from August 2011.

It doesn't have to be continuous year of work experience. Needs to be a year in the last three years before application received at CIC.

İm sorry guys i guess i expressed myself wrong. İ came to canada in 2008 and i finished my post Grad in 2013. İn august 2013 i got my job and last mnth i completed my full time hours in 1 year. And last week i submitted my application. But i am officially in canada since 2012 sept ( i was on vacation for 4 months in summer 2012) . so when Vo checks my file, would that be a problem being away for
4 months during this period of 36 months. İ know it might seem like im worrying too much but i cant help it. İf you guys can share your knowledge i would really appreciate.

No, it won't be a problem. Bring physically in Canada for 36 months is not a requirement.

The 36 month thing is a qualifying period, you need 12 months of experience in those 36. The other 24 months you can do as you bloody wish.
