Are you sure that's not July 30th? The website says they were processing applications from July 5th on October 30th, which is two weeks ago.

Congrats to everyone who's gotten DM recently! That could certainly be the case. The processing times are due for an update in a few weeks (last updated on August 27th), will be very interesting to see what they put down as the new processing time for London.

The spreadsheet is titled "Timeline for Family Class Sponsorship via London". Only outland applications are processed in London - inland applications stay in Canada.

What money do you want to get and from where? If you mean welfare from the Canadian government, your sponsor will have to pay it back if you receive welfare payments within the first three (?) years of your permanent residency.
