Do we have to send immigration guide??

Do we have to send the immigration guide with our application??? I see that there are forms at the end of it like the Suplement to background declaration and another one that does not apply to us. What do we send? Thanks!!! Almost there!!!!

We're planning to send only the forms that are relevant to where we are currently based. Our form is generic for about 10 countries, so we're excluding the ones that don't refer to our location.

Basically we'll keep and send the checklist completed (or N/A for non-relevant forms), attach to it the original relevant forms (app forms, police clearance), the copies of the documents it asks for (medical receipt, civil status documents), the country specific forms, and the supporting evidence of our relationship as it asks for. That on it's own we'll make as one pack of documents, the other pack would be my documents as the sponsor.

Which country's immigrant guide are you using?

Essentially the guide is the set of documents. So ours for example is 32 pages long, but only maybe 15 of them apply to us, the rest are for other countries so we'll exclude them.

My final immigrants guide document will include the checklist, originals of the app forms, original police clearance, medical, photos, supporting docs about our relationship, 4 pages of declaration docs that need to be signed from the guide, and a couple of country specific documents. This is what our final 'immigrants guide' will look like.

AFAIK, you dont have to send the guide. Just the checklist(s) and required forms and proof etc. etc.

Do not send the guide except for any forms that are part of it and the guide asks you to fill. Why would CIC want a printout of a part of their website?
