Yes it's 9 months ago when I submitted my complete application. Now it shows " under investigation, no dicision made" already for months. Again CIC can't hold their laws and rules. They prommised 6 months. but for me it's already 9. Still waiting and hoping the best.

When you payd you RPRF fees, for sure you got a confirmation of approvement. That shows enough to you that you payd the fees. Be sure that you payd the right fees, the application fees are different than RPRF fees!! I saw already some people confused, because they thought it was the same.
