WHERE TO SEND MEDICAL REPORT

Hi,

My doctor gave me a report and said I should send that to immigration (she will send the rest by e- file). Where do you send it to? I have not recieved the email for medical yet. I have done the medical upfront.

I thougt your doctor have to sent the whole examination to immigration by e-file, and you got only a confirmation that you did the examination.
That was the way what my doctor did, and i think most of them.

Yes send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca include your application no. in subject line and e-medical as an attachment -:

Dear sir/madam,

Please find attached my upfront e-medical information sheet.

The details of my CEC Permanent Residence application are as follows:

Yes, sorry.She did give me the confirmation to sent to immigration. She will send the actual report by e-file. I meant where to send the confirmation to.
