If CBSA do not ask for POF, that does not mean you should not have it. Of course you have to have it. But there is a chance they do not ask, that is all.

6 overall is the minimum..just remember that in order to get a good job, the better you speak English the better your chances are. You are not only competing with other immigrants, many Canadians are looking for a job, too. The minimum may not be good enough.
