    I had my application returned to me due to a missing document. I did not do the N/A thing on the actual application and nothing was mentioned about it when it was returned. So I would say; not strict at all.

    I did not include any of the mentioned things (msn, emails, Facebook) and got approved without any problem. Don't stress about it, do you really think an immigration officer has time to read 100+pages of random conversation?! Good luck :)

    I can only say this is def Charlottes point of view ... I can only imagine what kind of people Charlotte comes in contact with in the Netherlands. I love the Netherlands and Canada, even more so I love the people in both places! I could not disagree more with what she types lol.

    We went to this notary http://www.instantnotary.ca/ Quick and efficient. I don't really feel comfortable copy poasting letters here lol, but just let them write whatever comes in mind about your relationship.
