The above is wrong. Details of your trips to USA is available on line. Remember Canada and USD do share information. You can retrieve details of your USD trips which shows each departure date out of the USA as well.

Before you quote anyone wrong, make sure you are right. Also make sure your link is working.

Here is the link if anyone may have doubt. I don't say if you keep I-94, you will sure have a problem but you may have problem when you re-enter USA.

Hi Scientist,

I sent my application on the dot of 1095 days and was RQ'd. However my application was processed pretty quickly and from submission to taking the oath took a little over 12 months.

See my timeline in my signature. Now working on my wife's application.

Hi VVPPAA,

Yes, I was working the entire time in Canada before I applied. However, very early on in my PR stage(2008), I landed in Canada, and left Canada to complete my work contract before making my final move here. During this time, I travelled A LOT for work. This, along with my residency days, may have factored into the RQ.
