Called CIC Agent and ask for BOWP

It actually says I think this is why so many people are confused, since the EE AOR comes from CIC, automated, without anyone actually looking at it. But if you have talked to someone at CIC and told them about your situation and they told you to apply, then you'll most certainly be fine.

    Simple Question !

Look at [1] for the exact requirements. There is no need for an LMIA in order to be eligible for CEC, however having a job offer with a LMIA gives you 600 extra points which makes you definitely get picked soon. [1] http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/apply-who.asp

CEC under EE - work experience question

The thing is that if you add those jobs in your work history you do have to upload something later in the process to be able to finish your application, right?

CEC under EE - work experience question

You are right, this is much clearer! The EE process suggests that you need to proof everything. But now even more so I would argue that it's appropriate to include everything and then upload an explanation in the case you don't have a reference letter. If it's from a job in another country...

CEC under EE - work experience question

Omitting something from your work history might be interpreted as lying. I'm not saying you are, I just mean I can see how someone might find it suspicious. I totally understand where you're coming from, I also thought about just leaving out irrelevant jobs but then I would have enter...

CEC under EE - work experience question

I think it's better to upload a letter explaining the situation than lying about your work history.

Anyone got ITA under PNP ? please answer

Yes I will. I uploaded the "support letter" document the BC PNP sent me and hope for the best. I decided not to wait because BC PNP didn't make it sound like the actual certificate is arriving anytime soon.

    how can delete my GCKey

What are you trying to achieve? Do you have problems logging in? (You can revoke a key but I don't know if this really deletes it https://clegc-gckey.gc.ca/j/eng/we?execution=e1s1&_eventId=revokeUser)

CEC under EE - work experience question

I would put my entire work history into the form if I were you. If you don't have a reference letter for a job, you always have the option to upload a letter explaining your situation instead of the actual reference letter.

Anyone got ITA under PNP ? please answer

I talked to BC PNP and they said they weren't sure either because it's all new to them too but since they did transmit everything electronically to CIC, uploading the certificate might not be necessary. I personally don't even have a certificate yet. BC PNP said that might take few more weeks.

    How to build Credit History

Hi, I've been living in Canada for almost 2 years now. I am applying for PR at the moment. I wonder about ways to build a credit history and if it even works if one is not at least a permanent resident. I wonder if the credit history is tied to a SSN because that's what I have to enter when I...
