That would be very good news and this behavior would actually make sense. For PNP I guess it would come down to the individual programs whether or not they would revoke the 600 points. BC PNP is not very clear about that in their FAQs which I interpret as a good thing.

What you say is not true. I recommend reading his statement again with an open mind. No one knows that necessary points will stay that high. The trend in the past draws was downwards. Also there are always PNPs.

In general this is obviously not true.

I also have Bachelor and Master degrees from different universities (both Germany) and I only sent in my Master's to WES which was sufficient.

It will stay in 'waiting for documents' until they received all documents. Since they received yours they are probably waiting for the documents sent in by your school/university.

A similar thing happened every time I opened my application. Even though it was complete, certain sections showed incomplete, this was in the actual PR application after the ITA though. So I had to go in there and hit "save & exit" every time before I advance to the documents section. Strange...

BC PNP emailed me saying I was nominated and gave me instructions on how to accept it in EE and asked me to confirm my acceptance by email. To this email they replied with the support letter saying I will receive a nomination package within the next weeks.

If by two years you mean continuing to stay in Canada by applying for a Young Professional visa, these two can have a gap in between. Keep in mind though that for the Young Professional one the same age restrictions apply. No, you can leave and re-enter Canada. This is what the website says...
