Hi
I just have a simple question and hope that someone knows answer to this .
I have been working full time in Canada for almost an year now and as of today I full fill all the requirements for Canadian Experience Class PR program .
Am I still able to apply for Canadian PR under Express Entry ? If yes are there any key changes to the process .
Thank you

The basic criteria of CEC is that you should have 365 days of work experience in Canada on a full-time permanent job, the job offer for which is supported by a LMIA. Do you full-fill all these ?

Thanks for a quick reply .
I do full fill everything else except I was told by immigration call center that if I have a valid PGWP and active Job offer I wouldn't need LMIA but if I do have a LMIA I might get some extra points in the ranking ? Is this correct ?
Where can I find information on how to obtain LMIA as I would have to explajexplain to my office admin .
Thanks again for your help

If you are assured by CIC to not require a LMIA then why worry about it. If you at all need information about LMIA look into ESDC page. Services Canada manages LMIA application. But am employee/applicant has no role to play in it. It's just the employer who has to follow rules and submit a trunk full of documents.

Look at [1] for the exact requirements. There is no need for an LMIA in order to be eligible for CEC, however having a job offer with a LMIA gives you 600 extra points which makes you definitely get picked soon.

Yes, you are eligible. But there is a difference between an eligible candidate and top candidate. LMIA would give you 600 extra points and might make your profile among the top candidate (atleast above the current required threshold of 735). If you can get the LMIA, definitely go for it.
