Hello Experts,

I am working as a Purchasing Analyst (NOC level B) in Toronto.
My concern is I have been working from last October with this company but was getting paid by agency. Company hired me from March so in Ocotber'2015 will I be able to count my experience of one year or it will be one year of experience in next March

Please advise.

Thank you,
Vinesh

Your 1 year will be completed in October. You just need to mentioned 1 thing there that for X months you on B company payroll and serving in a C company. Later, Company C get you on their own payroll.

Agreed with the above poster, don't sell yourself short. You were in Canada and working from October.

i dont understand. i read so many post of "ineligibility".

i wanna applying under CEC NOC B category.
i saw people posting Any job experience they need LMIA otherwise "0" points.
really not getting the changes from CIC... any help

even they say IELTS CLB 5 would be ok .., but now score with CLB 6 showing ineligible. Even People whose profile submitted months back suddenly started getting message of ineligiblity.

I completed my 1 year of field experience under NOC B. IELTS L-7 S-6.5 R-6.5 W-5.5 overall score 6.5 (CLB 6).
I asked my employee regarding LMIA. They say they can't,if LMIA rejected they ll be under risk.

What are the options who applying under CEC without LMIA. I am sure 65 percent people have their experience under CEC are without LMIA..

Any help, Answers , opinions, some Lawyers good answers would be appreciated
What are options available.

Sorry to say, but you will have to improve IELTS score so nothing is under 6 in order to pass that qualification.

Please don't reward that spammer with a real answer. He's hijacking threads and keeps posting the same thing over and over again.

I'm totally with you here. Use the search functionality to see if someone had the same question before. If you have a question that hasn't been asked before, start a thread and ask. If no one is answering, add more information to make it easier for other people to help you. Answers will come. @vineshparekh did that and got an answer.

But please don't go through threads and simply add the same question over and over again in hope that one of them will get an answer. It greatly diminishes the quality of the individual threads. You wouldn't like it being done to your threads, would you? Good luck to you.

Your situation is nothing unusual. Just one thing : when you apply under CEC recommendation/reference/experience letters count a lot. Get the detailed experience letter out of your previous employer with job responsibilities mentioned. That will strengthen your case/situation.
