Called the CallCenter & the agent said my card has been mailed March 14th, to my Vancouver address. Still haven't received it :(

recently I became PR (was an inland applicant) still waiting on pr card and in this February I got married (I was landed already hence was unable to include spouse as part of application). Can i bring my spouse in TRV (under more than 6 months) and sponsor her in family class (inland) ?

Give it a shot, but please do make it clear that your stay is temporary (back it with evidence like you will go back to New Zealand for your course, bank statements etc) and if you have friends/family here ensure that they mention the same that you are visiting them on temporary basis. Good luck !
