What is your status in Canada ? Are you on (open) work permit ?? When does your current status in Canada expire ? How long you been in Canada ? If you are employed full time in Canada its better to seek assistance / guidance from an immigration lawyer (check with your HR)

I found the tracking number and gave it to CIC, only to find that the application was returned back (in my Notice of Assessment Line 150 was missing, I had to activate my CRA such that I can access my full notice of assessment). Have sent it back again June 1.

No, they asked me to call be with details like canada post tracking number (which I don`t have, checked with Canada Post they said they cant help as well) will inform them and request their advice ... I do have the sponsorship application payment receipt. Will post updates once i resolve.

Today I was able to talk to agent only to hear a shocking news that they did not receive my sponsorship application :( it was received by them on April 13 2017. Its a total let down.

its pain in the a** to sponsor some one :( it takes like a year its easier and fast to decline copr, give an initimation to IRCC that you are married, submit the forms and get COPR for both ! my friend did this and he & his spouse got COPR in 2months.

DANG ! sometimes the agents act tough :X I had similar experience when my PR card was mailed to correct address but was returned back to Processing Center because the postman wasnt able to find my address .. so shit happens and we have to bite the bullet

i called IRCC call centre and they said mail has been sent back to processing centre because canada post was unable to deliver it to my mailing address. I was like my friends have received their cards to this address and I had received my passport, work permit and other documents to exact same...

congrats ! mine din`t arrive yet :( how did you know they sent to wrong address ? IRCC agent confirmed my address and its correct ! I don`t know what is causing the hold up
