The fee is $490 for each applicant. So?$490 for principal applicant and $490 for spouse. Hop this helps.

You are most welcome. You can also try calling CIC, but the agents can be a hit or miss in terms of any help they may provide. Most of them are very good. Email probably works best in any case.

You may send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and explain your situation. They have been fairly responsive by email. Hope this helps.
