I hv been to Dr dharmavathy. I would recommend her. Her office uploaded the result within 3-4days. Blood work and X-ray is arranged in the adjacent Bldg. I spent like 2 hour in everything. All the best.

How do you know your RPRF payment has been updated? Is it by GCM notes? I paid it by RPRF but I cannot go through the receit number (R....) to Ecas.

Your RPRF receipt no starting with Rxxxxxxxxx can be used to check ur file status in Ecas. If u are unable to track it means they have not added ur RPRF receipt to ur file yet. Usually it takes 4-5 business days. Keep trying. I hope u have forwarded the RPRF receipt to cost recovery email id.

My RPRF payment has been updated on my file and I can track ecas status by using Receipt Number. And I also see 5th line

I have only 3 lines added in ECAS, what is 4th and 5th line? I got email confirmation on the RPRF received as " Thank you for the receipt. Funds have been allocated." Also, when I login with receipt number it takes me to my ECAS. I was assuming that RPRF is tagged to my file.

Your information will help me to understand the speed of my application.

February 15: CIC request for Spouse PCC
February 16: Submitted spouse PCC to CIC which was 18 months old

February 18: there is a note in my file that spouse PCC is received

Until today February 28, no email from CIC requesting for PCC again,

Feb 16 you have mailed the hard copy and they have received that and added by Feb 18?

When they request for PCC it is normally the recent one. You had the option of sending Spouse PCC soon after you getting AOR. Since they had asked for PCC the team would have just add the one you had sent which is 18 month prior to current date.

The reviewing officer when he picks your file for processing he may ask for recent PCC. If getting PCC for your wife is not time consuming and not too much of cost I recommend applying one now and send it ASAP. This will avoid time delays in moving on with the next step.

Calling call center agent may not say about how reviewing officer will act. Hope you are aware that when the Due date is assigned they will pick the file any time from that date till 90 Days. Before they pick your file, if recent PCC is in then you are good.

If 2014 comes under qualifying period then it is better to send the T4 and NOA documents via Email unless there is any issue w.r.t change of salary or anything. This is consider for eligibility to cross verify you earned salary Vs your salary in employment letter Vs Average wage for the occupation as per standard.
Don't wait for them to ask for it...

Thanks for immediately sending response. How do I know if 2014 is being made as qualifying period, meaning it is case specific or common to all CEC applicants? There is no change in salary since 2013.

Did you submit PCC along with PR application in Aug 2014 and CIC asked for PCC again in Mar 2015? I have submitted PCC for spouse and myself along with PR application. Since it is more than 12 months I keep asking in this forum that will they ask for PCC again? Your response on this will help me to get another PCC again or to wait for CIC.

they told me to send the original in the email,

so I scan the original and email them on February 16,

It takes 6 weeks to apply for Spouse PCC and hence I did not do a new Spouse PCC but rather send him an old one

Hi All,

I have send scanned copies of PCC for myself and my wife to the mail ID CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca,
It is almost 15 months old PCC.
My application date is Sep 29th 2014.

Can someone please help me on the below questions:-
1) Will they accept my PCC which I have send without the request from CIC.
2) Can someone advise on how many day's it will take to reflect whether they have acknowledged my PCC or not.
3) Currently I'm located back to India and can some one let me know what is the address if in case I have to send the hard copies.

September applicant, they recieved my application on sept 18,2014

I recieved an update on my cic account saying...

"We sent you correspondence on February 26, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

Problem is i have not gotten anything in my email....I checked spam, junk, trash,drafts, everything I could, and still nothing is it possible it was sent to me via post and not email?
