Hiya. The PPR email should be pretty standard. Can you please copy and paste the email here and remove all your personal information? I am sure there is a line there that you probably overlooked. I am happy to help.

If you look at the PPR email, it clearly says that if you are not in North America, you should notify CIC immediately. They will send further instructions so that you can send your passport to the nearest Canadian Embassy for visa stamping. This is highlighted in yellow text in the email from...
