things are super slow at the moment with it being the holiday period, there's a lot of people from Dec 16th onwards waiting for portal access. There's no advice aside from just wait for now.

congrats! glad it's come through for you and your wife. I think it's a case of just waiting for IRCC to send the portal details- which I imagine will be slow this time of year :) which VO did you get- seems Calgary is doing the processing on my wife and I's case.

yeah, the past couple of months have been a bit stressful as my wife was looking to apply for grad school and not having any idea of a timeline was the biggest stressor, glad the end is in sight. Hopefully yours comes through quickly.

Just got news from my representative that we are approved for PR and I have to send an email to IRCC for virtual landing- I'm assuming this is portal 1?

when calling IRCC how do you get past the automated service to speak to someone, I got PAL on 18th Oct but the automated service just tells me eligibility, background,etc.. are in progress (and have been since late august)

you still need to notify IRCC of any changes in your circumstances I believe.

it could, you will need to notify IRCC of your job changes as well as your location changes.

you can't apply for a BOWP with a temp file number it has to be AOR

your representative will get the email, I'm using a representative and when AOR came they forwarded me the email, along with the rest of the follow ups.
