    not sure, has the employer you are on a work permit with applied for an extension? if they have you should be okay as you would be on implied status waiting on the result of that application. That said I'd assume you are fine as it is in process.

    congratulations, going by your timeline i am about a month behind you as i submitted my application on may 16th

    it depends- the normal timeline seems to be 2-3 months I believe. I got my ITA on 5/11 and my employer's lawyers submitted the application on 5/21 and I'm still waiting. COVID has slowed things down a lot even for inland applications.

    COVID has probably altered hiring for a lot of companies, and the ability to have remote work has also altered the landscape for a lot of firms. I hope you are able to find something in the near future- I understand how soulcrushing job searches and applications can be.

    just need to wait on them to finish going through the paperwork- nothing much else you can do. I wouldn't imagine it will be a long wait given its in the Tech Pilot
