When you applied for spousal sponsorship you were supposed to extended your visiting visa 30 days before it expire. Spousal sponsorship does not give you implied status. You can seek some legal advise

I think the sponsor gets a different UCI number from the PA . Maybe that’s why it’s not linking

If you went into process and feel frustrated? Imagine what me or others feel that didn't hear anything as yet Trust me you feel like this when they you don't know what's going on or what taking so long.. but all we can do is just pray and wait.

She's kinda correct. The law change now since this year though. The sponsoring age for a child now is under 19 do it did change. So she's correct. But if you applied way before it's ok. Some people will go into process and won't hear anything and some will hear asap. Every case is different
