They cancelled that letter and instead sent out a denial letter Sept 24th No interview - nothing - just marraige in their opinion isn't genuine. 4 yrs of going back n forth. 4 yrs of pics n phone records. OMG NO!!!! I reelly hope that you are going to appeal that decision. Did they mention anything else....that is if you want to share? That isn't right that they didn't ask for an interview at all. PLEASE APPEAL THIS!!! Don't let them win at all

Yeah, I was checking because some people can go under verification and wait MONTHS for their card. Just wanted to be sure we aren't one of them.

Thank you. I'm still in shock I guess. It only said a package was being sent to me about the appeal process. Honestly nothing more to share. This office doesn't believe that the marraige is genuine. That's all.

Doesn't make sense that they asked for RPRF, police check and extended your med. It might be the age thing who knows. There is an age difference between my hubby and I but it didn't matter to them. Maybe it all depends on how big of a gap

Please appeal this...it's a long process but it will work on in the end. You will get your happy ending.
