    Restoration due to no FSW-inland

Which means you are not eligible for FSW or CEC, at least for now, and you will not receive ITA anyway, unless you work under NOC 0, A or B for at least one year.

    Restoration due to no FSW-inland

You mentioned that your job NOC is type C. Please note that FSW only accepts type 0, A and B as skilled job experience.

    Restoration due to no FSW-inland

"Restoration" means you had a specific status previously but expired, and you want to recover that status. What you are seeking is extension of staying in Canada. (1) You are currently under PGWP and it is not the permit that can be extended, as indicated by someone in the previous thread...

    Upfront Medical Validity

Unless IRCC changes its policy of health exam in the next few months, there is NO regulation in their guidelines to waive the new medical exam, if the old one expired. I would strongly suggest you to have a new medical exam before e-APR if possible.

PR got Approved. Passport returned with PR VISA and 'Cancel without Prejudice' stamp on it.

Don't worry too much about it. The policy of IRCC to finalize the PR application is altering quite rapidly in the previous months. Your visa could be generated and then canceled due to some changes in the policies for the applicant outside Canada. Just rest assured since your application has...

IS EXPRESS ENTRY OPEN FOR NOC 3112 DOCTORS

Actually I would suggest you start gathering documents if you are still thinking about immigrating to Canada - you never know how the score goes and when will you meet the minimum required score.

IS EXPRESS ENTRY OPEN FOR NOC 3112 DOCTORS

Actually the point is not the issue that you need to consider most. The most tedious part is the ECA from MCC that you have to spend tons of money and time. My spouse received it after half a year and we have parallelized everything to make it as fast as possible.

eAPR: Where to upload IELTS document?

IRCC didn't say that the applicants need to upload the IELTS TRF and it has nothing to do with "education". If they need it later they will contact you.

    WES WRONG YEAR AWARD

Yes, you need to get it corrected before e-APR. It is also highly recommended to provide the reasons in your LOE for all the changes between ITA and e-APR.

eAPR: Where to upload IELTS document?

Why do you need to upload IELTS documents? The applicant just need to provide the scores and the TRF number in your EE profile.

    WES WRONG YEAR AWARD

You need to get a correct ECA for PR application. It is the applicant's responsibility to make the document accurate and correct. It is meaningless to have LOE for this issue - it is highly risky that your application would be refused due to misleading and misinterpretation or could be banned...

Bridging open work permit (BOWP) - imm 5710e

Please refer to the following webpage: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1361&top=4 In the “Details of intended work in Canada” section of the IMM 5710 application form: choose “Open Work Permit” for question 1 leave questions 2 to 8 blank

Questions about a permanent residence application expiring/being refused

I'm afraid the answer is incorrect. The validity of BOWP is dependent on your PR processing progress. If your PR application is refused or cancelled then your BOWP will be automatically void.

Wow, this is interesting to notice! They may refer to the biometrics for temporary permit/visa (study permit, work permit, etc) for permanent residency processing! Actually I don't quite understand at first that why biometrics for temporary residency is valid for 10 years, while the one for PR...

You may still change it, given the points is still sufficient for the round of your invitation. Also, you need to give convincible reasons in the LOE.

Ray of Hope - 156th Draw

Why are people so eager to grasp CEC opportunities the first day they arrive in Canada? There are numerous people working and paying tax three, five or even more years in Canada, and they are not complaining even if they have not been invited yet. Gradually you and your husband will meet the...

Ray of Hope - 156th Draw

Due to the increasing daily new cases this week, it seems that the IRCC is taking the most cautious step towards the invitation.

The Biometric for temporary resident (WP, SP, etc.) is not applicable for PR application. The biometrics for PR is only one-time valid, which means if a PR application was refused/cancelled, the biometrics has to be re-done for the next PR application again.

Missed email for extra PR fee, application cancelled. Help!

If there is no work permit application made (other than BOWP) before your IEC visa expiration, it is only possible to restore as a visitor. In this case, you are not on implied status anymore. I would suggest filing the restoration as soon as possible. Meanwhile you may find another job and get...

Missed email for extra PR fee, application cancelled. Help!

The BOWP depends on your PR application. Once the PR application was rejected or cancelled, your BOWP will be invalid even it was approved. You may try to restore your previous IEC status and find another job for a new work permit. Currently, the implied status can work for a different employer...
