Express Entry for spouse of PR holder

480 is a pretty safe score for FSW (suppose she has not accumulated 1-year work experience in Canada, i.e. MEC of CEC) so EE would be much faster than spouse sponsorship.

Such kind of threads only incur arguing, debating, or even quarreling. BTW, "If someone's words hurt your sentiments...

Hi, I hope everything goes well to you recently. May I ask if IRCC has finalized your case, probably with the inland virtual COPR? Thanks.

Ray of Hope - 161st Draw - CEC

I mean the FST-only draw, which makes a 4-week gap between two adjacent all-program invitations. Sorry for the confusion.

Ray of Hope - 161st Draw - CEC

I rejected the initial ITA and waited until the ITA after work anniversary.

    Will it be a misrepresentation?

I mean, just list the company that you work with in the work history. You don't have to separate each role as a separate record of work history.

    Will it be a misrepresentation?

You don't need to worry too much if both designations are with the same company. They only ask you to list your work experiences, not your roles, in the EE profile. If you think it is less safe, correct it in your work history and give a LOE.

Will less than one year of Canadian experience be considered as part of the three years working experience in a NOC for FSW?

When you write your EE profile, they only ask you to list all your work experiences and the system will calculate your total work experience to see if you meet FSW or CEC or both. Your final score will also be calculated automatically.

This is the one you gave in your previous application for temporary visa (work permit, study permit, visitor visa, etc.) Some people (inland Canada) on this forum claimed that IRCC is using their old TRV biometrics to process their PR applications, while others claimed they still need to wait...
