    >>>>>>>JUNE 2020 AOR<<<<<<< Join here

We have a similar AOR. Called IRCC Oct. 5 and was told eligibility not started. Yesterday had another call (Oct. 26) and was told everything was "in progress" except medical passed. How does Security is in progress if Eligibility is not passed?

IRCC said the refund will be done after the final decision has been made.

FSW line should be faster than usual since the invitation has been held for four months so there should be less people in the queue.

    ***>>> March 2020 AOR <<<***

This is normal since AOR in may is still within 6 months period. What I'm referring to are those with AOR on Feb or March. See the threads before the one you quoted.

Receiving COPR for CEC Inland Application While being Outside Canada

Dear @legalfalcon Thank you for your posts as I learned so much from them since I joined this forum. Just a quick question of the letter sample you sent here: I'm in Canada and my spouse who is on the same application is living abroad. Our case should be in the final stage, so under the current...

There is another theory, which is quite widely applied to flight control in civil aviation. Disclaimer: I'm NOT raising a conspiracy. The delayed flights are always getting longer waiting times when they are determined to be delayed, and for many occasions, one may observe that the flight...

No you cannot. It is determined by the invitation of IRCC. Basically, if you are meeting conditions for multiple program, the prioritiy order is PNP > CEC > FSW. This is simply because the simplicity as you only need to show the proof of provincial nomination for PNP, while you have to submit...

Inland CEC PR Application approved but no copr yet

Yes this is the only one that I know, but PRTD will take months to process. Really a dilemma.

Inland CEC PR Application approved but no copr yet

Which means you cannot go for international travel during the process of PR card? That's a little bit awkward. If some one is abroad with valid visa/permit and suddenly received CoPR in email then that would be a disaster.

Inland CEC PR Application approved but no copr yet

Hi, congratulations on your PR approval! May I ask if your previous visa/permits were revoked instantaneously when you receive the CoPR email, or it is still valid until you start your PR card process?

Didn't happen to you doesn't mean it does not exist. Check the previous messages from the others: there were also updated status for previously approved cases in their accounts.

    >>>>>>>JUNE 2020 AOR<<<<<<< Join here

It's resolved. Actually there is no updates, should not be a GU since "Application/profile updated" also appeared on my previously approved cases.

That's (a very nice) overthinking

I think it's their technical issue. Now I can see updates changed to one of my previously approved application, but still cannot open to see the details.

Biometric exemption for PR applicants with previous biometrics on file

Your biometrics for the work permit is now valid for PR application, see IRCC website. The VFS staff may not be informed of these new issues. Note that VFS is usually private companies that are authorized by IRCC to help them organize/deliver the documents. They are totally different to IRCC.

Biometric exemption for PR applicants with previous biometrics on file

For the biometrics you did last week, is that attached to a visa/permit application of IRCC? If yes then you can answer yes and provide the detailed information of that biometrics (IRCC No., etc.)

You need your employment letter of 365 days together with the pay stubs to support that. See if your company is willing to help.

Possibly HIV+ But seroconverting before medicals

The panel physician is just testing the antibody of HIV and uses it as the gold standard for immigration purposes. If you feel unsafe you may ask local CDC or private lab to have a quick test on HIV antibody for you before going to the panel physician. The result should be available in several...
