I am so confused as to what I should do. Due to covid, I lost my job and I can only acquire 50 weeks of work experience. As you know we need 52 weeks. My post grad work permit will expire before I get to 52.
I will be issued a ITA but I am seeing persons saying you should not accept it before getting the full 52 weeks. What should I do, any advice??

If your company can issue you the employment letter stating that you worked for 52 weeks or they can issue you the ROE (Record of employment). It should be fine.

Example: You were employed from Jan 01,2020 to Dec 31,2020

P.S: I am not an expert but sharing when my friend lost his job and have experience 11 months 2.5 weeks, His employer did help him with the paperwork as he was terminated after 14months of experience.

You need your employment letter of 365 days together with the pay stubs to support that. See if your company is willing to help.
