Yes called multiple times, and each time they had me waited for more than half an hour and told me "only medical passed, criminal in progress, nothing else started." Another horrible issue that I found is that a call after 11 am is possibly never able to transfer to an agent "due to high volume".

To be honest CIC's decision makes sense since withdrawing a nomination is making your PNP profile invalid. My AOR is earlier than yours, but in the same situation.

It's meaningless to see biometrics as "complete". My case updated as biometrics completed by the previously given one, but was still told that eligibility has not started, and criminality still in progress.

@legalfalcon given the current chaos of processing stages as some people received CoPR after their old biometrics "completed" while others received no updates for months after that, may I ask what kind of stage when IRCC update the biometrics as "complete" when using the old ones given within 10...
