Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Option 1 will definitely more than 18 months under the current circumstance. BTW even if you apply PR alone, you still have to give a lot of information of your spouse.

Received express entry ITA before completing 2 years of experience

For all who has concerns on whether should accept such ITA: this question has been discussed for years on this forum and I would like to take some summary together with my own experience. 1. If you are sure about the information you submitted to the EE profile, this is due to the system issue...

    1. Note that BOWP is separate from the application of TRV. Check the current process timeline for both items. Note that if you do not inform IRCC to change your resident place, once your PR approved as inland applicant, your BOWP and TRV will be revoked instantaneously. A PRTD is required to...

Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

Show the proof that you are coming to Canada for a reunion with your spouse, not a temporary visit. You need to show some solid evidence, for example, you have sold your house/quit job.

You are keeping emphasizing one of two conditions while I'm telling you that you have to fulfill both.

Are you living in Canada and filled Canada as the place of current residence in both applications (PR and BOWP)? If so I guess this should be a refusal in error. Raise a webform or re-apply as soon as possible if your current status is about to expire.

IRCC has some questions about your background declaration during processing your BG. They are giving you a second chance to confess everything.

I heard multiple times from this forum that security only starts when eligibility passed (not recommended pass). You are the first case that I've ever seen with security starts before the eligibility was finalized.

If you are not claiming that 50/200 extra points of valid job offer then that's fine.

Pr rejected worked 19 days without work permit

You said IRCC rejected your application due to "missing documents". Did they mention which documents were missing? By the way, this is also something different from "working 19 days with expired WP" and I'm a little bit confused.

Pr rejected worked 19 days without work permit

How did you get a "recommended pass" if the job duty is missing in the reference letter? This is what the case analyst checks before they make the "recommended pass" decision.

Why not BOWP? Close work permit renewal under your circumstance is not as straightforward as BOWP.

@legalfalcon May I ask if you have seen any case with "Recommended Pass" status for more than 1.5 months? I called IRCC at the beginning of November and the status was completely not changed in mid December. Or actually it is in RR status? Ordered GCMS notes in early November but still not...
