Didn't quite understand. If your eligibility has not been approved by an officer (as you indicated it's only recommended to pass by a case analyzer), how can your security start and reach half-way through?

Is it possible to add spouse after passport submission?

You should get married after you finalize your PR case. In your current case, you HAVE TO contact IRCC to report your change and they will revoke your current approval and start processing your spouse's background.

Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

First, congratulations for receiving COPR. I can understand your worries but at least IRCC is removing that deadlock for the cases that PA in Canada while at least one dependent is outside Canada. I used "deadlock" because previously both CICNEWS and some applicants on this forum posted the...

You are misinterpreting my words. What I mean is the case that has been delayed is already delayed.

    ***>>> March 2020 AOR <<<***

The logic is simple: the delayed cases are delayed, no matter is is 7 months processing or 17 months or 27 months. So once a case is delayed it is less likely to get prioritized since IRCC wants to keep the promise that 80% cases to be processed within 6 months.

CEC inland applicant with spouse outland - post COPR process

Actually this is a good news because previously they will hold the whole case that PA is in Canada but at least one dependent in the case is outside Canada.

Policy makers in IRCC are really genius. They just claimed that "we are prioritizing family reunification", while "we are placing such applications on hold". How could they say both?
