As suggested by @caninfoseeker, better to send webform including birth certificate of newborn. I don't think you need to report change of employer and maternity leave though.

(1) For Medical you do not need to send anything from your side to CIC. The Physician has to send the completed form. (2) Emailing the document is OK. Can you please tell us when did you receive medical and PCC requests to update in the tracker.

Normally your SA goes to Decision Made after few days of biometrics request.

Can you extend their visas? Thinking of the holiday time, there is no guarantee that their PR visa will come back by Jan 10. I think you have option of sending only passport copies instead of passport.

If it is PA DM I think no communication: Only ecas will be updated. You will receive PPR after few weeks. It is holiday time so may be no response for few days.

Country specific for India, as I know is the birth certificate of the sponsor. If you don't have original birth certificate, CIC is asking Aadhar card, Voter ID and School certificates. Did your additional document request come with SA letter?

Put the month when you are filling the form e.g. 2019-12 for now.
