If you are not in rush, you can ask CIC to change the address to Manila. Otherwise it will be faster if your mom send her passport to you or Ottawa with the Canadian return address. It will cost little bit more but it will be faster.

When did you receive AOR? Are you sure the letter you received is SA letter that states the LVO. Sponsorship approval happens after your application goes in process. The application goes in process after you receive AOR.

You will be getting separate letters for biometrics and medicals as per this. You have to submit PCC in response to this letter.

When is your decision made date in SA letter? Where is your LVO? Did you receive bar coded biometrics requisition letter? Any other additional documents requested?

@toronto213 If your LVO is CPC-M or you are sending email to Canadian location they will not reply when you send additional documents.

To me, webform is the only way to communicate with IRCC. Sending email to CPC-M is so difficult. But in my opinion, no need to rush to update that information now. You can do that when you receive sponsorship approval and visa office is determined.
