CIC is "working around the clock" to get 25,000 Syrian refugees to Canada

Why are people equating the announcement about refugee intake with Putative "delays" in Express Entry draws? (Not you in particular, I'm just jumping off your post). It's two completely separate programs...

20th Draw- Anyone expects it on 3oth October ?

+1. It's like comparing apples & pears. The refugee program, and the government's promise to accelerate & conclude processing of refugees, has nothing whatsoever to do with EE. Many of those refugees will already have applications in the system. It's not as if the Canadian government is going...

Did they request your IELTS original? (Did you already send a photocopy. Or was it missing from your application?) They are usually pretty specific about document format in the further info requests. And no, if you've already paid the application fee, don't worry they won't ask you for more!!

Can I apply for QSWP then move to Ontario?

It is quite clear actually: by applying to QC, you show your intent to immigrated and settle there. When you get your CSQ & apply to CIC for PR, you then sign a declaration stating your intent to settle in Quebec. The Canadian Charter of rights & freedom allows Canadian citizens and permanent...

Thank you. I think you missed my point ;). That link is to scheduled missions, nothing to do with processing. Applications are processed in Quebec. Occasionally some applicants are invited to interview, which is where your missions list comes into play.

Double check, but I don't think you reach minimum points. You need 50 before adding children points.

Actually, it's simply a sign that your application has been accepted. Not necessarily approved at all.

Can I apply for QSWP then move to Ontario?

There is no legally defined minimum duration.

    QSW Online Application 2016

No one knows yet how the Quebec online application system will work. EE is a completely different system, run by a different government, with entirely different requirements.
