No, if your Bach degree matches the computer science one listed, AND you have 1 year of work experience related to that degree *in the last 5 years*, you count 16 point. AOT points are not cumulative, so you don't count the other one, even if it's a match :)

It was on the page announcing the November & January intake, at the bottom, but they seem to have updated the page & removed the information about returning applications received after the cap was reached. I'll try & see if they moved it elsewhere...

It means definitely that they have stopped accepting applications. Qc stated that applications received after the quota was filled will be returned in time for people to apply online in January.

Not until you receive a file #. How would Immigration Quebec match that additional document to your application before its "in the system" with a file # to refer to?

You could look at "human resources management" (Bach, in section C) and see if your mba compares to that. Or, if you have at least one year's work experience in the last five years that relates to your Bsc, look for a match to that.

Immigration Quebec will not confirm a delivery date/time by calling them.

You haven't given enough detail for us to help! What subject is your MBA, your Bachelor degree, & how long ago did you graduate in each?

So, you send the documents that you do have, and include a letter explaining that you have requested your NOA from Revenu Quebec, that you have been advised it will take 2 months to arrive, & that you will send it to them as soon as you receive it.
