This forum is for those who recently applied or sent their documents to Quebec this Nov-Dic 2015. Share your experiences and timeline. I just sent my application and I am so excited. I don't know what will happen. I wish the best for all of you guys.

Since Quebec has Recently Published New intake dates for applications from skilled workers, which will start From November 4 to December 15, 2015 for Intake of 3500 applications in print version sent by mail and From January 18 to March 31, 2016 Intake of 2800 applications submitted using the online tool. I need your assistance and guidance about application.
1- I have 2 years Master degree and 4 year Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Its been evaluated by WES as 18 years of education.
2- I have IELTS overall 6.5.....L7, R6, W6, S6.5
3-My spouse has 4 years degree and evaluated by WES as 16 years of education.
4-My spouse has IELTS Overall 7.5...L7.5,R7,W7,S8
5-Age-39.5

Am i Eligible to apply?
What are the steps to follow to prepare the application.

I see that you can obtain 12 points for your Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. It is based on the information of "list of area of traning" showed it on the next link:
