Discovered my IEC visa has expired! Advice SINCERELY appreciated! (Aus citizen)

CIC in CANADA knows perfectly well how long the work permit should have been!!!! Any correction/modification has to be done via CIC IN Canada. A visa office in Australia is a complete waste of time :(. (Sorry!! Not frustrated with you, just with yet another example of call centre stupidity :( )

Discovered my IEC visa has expired! Advice SINCERELY appreciated! (Aus citizen)

I hate that bleeding call centre!! I hate to say this, but the Canadian visa office in Australia has absolutely NOTHING to do with this :(. I'd get your restoration application in ASAP, and try your luck with the IM5710.

    QUEBEC APPLICANTS LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE

It quite clearly states on the Quebec Immigration website that you must inform them of any change within 30 days (of the change) using this form: http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/A-0520-MA-dyn.pdf If you are worried a credit card payment might be refused, use...

Employer specific WP Expiring in May, possibility to re-enter with no job

To apply for a BOWP, you need to have received AOR, and your work permit must still be valid when you apply. I can't answer the question about whether or not you will be allowed entry to Canada.

Rough date when the 2014 Internation Experience Canada will open?

There is no real pattern for many countries. For example the UK: 2013 January. 2014 December. 2015 March ...

which method use to apply for permanent residency?

An unscientific survey of fora and a couple of spreadsheets leads me to think it is likely that the OP's PR application would be processed in Ottawa, as per CIC. Of course, there are always exceptions ;). http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/offices/

Discovered my IEC visa has expired! Advice SINCERELY appreciated! (Aus citizen)

I wish you the best of luck! And yes, please do update. As the passport expiry isn't in question, then I think you are right about the error. However, my worry is how strict they are going to be about you not getting it corrected before it expired. Finally, don't put too much (read any) faith...

Discovered my IEC visa has expired! Advice SINCERELY appreciated! (Aus citizen)

I highly doubt that an MP will be of any use whatsoever in this situation. It's a huge shame that you did not notice the expiry date anomaly *before* your permit expired. If you had, you could have requested a correction. As things stand, that route is closed :(. However, you could *try*...

which method use to apply for permanent residency?

To me, spousal sponsorship is a "no-brainer" in your situation :). No worrying about application caps, language requirements and uncertain processing times.

Settled in Quebec - Moving to another province possible?

You are not "forced" to remain in Quebec. A PR is free to live and work anywhere in Canada. The form you signed for immigration purposes declared your intent to settle in Quebec. Intent can change, in your case, for employment reasons. I don't know where you got the 2 year thing from? Are you...

which NOCs are most popular so far to get EI?

Assuming you mean EE, all draws (so far) are based on points. NOC is not considered. No one but CIC knows the statistics on the NOC codes of candidates who have receive an ITA

If CBSA don't track exits to Europe, how can a border officer know when you left

A general comment, then I'm done with this thread: There is a common phenomenon, especially on immigration fora I've noticed, that when a poster does not get the answer s/he *wants* to hear to his/her question, s/he he will stubbornly continue to attempt to refute the unwelcome answers. Often...

submit evidence of PR outland spousal sponorship with LMIA???

IMO, do not include anything that is not requested in the application. A letter from an MP would have no weight.

How to extent or restore expired WP and PRV for new PNP nominee

You CAN'T do this at a POE. Apply for restoration. I hope it's less than 90 days since your WP expired?
