Employer specific WP Expiring in May, possibility to re-enter with no job

Hi Expert,

My work permit is expiring on 1st May 2015.

Employer contact ended with client, so I returned back to India in January 2015.

But now seems I will get ITA by Mid May 2015 for PR.

As I have a valid visa till 1st May 2015, can I return back to Canada, and apply for BOWP from Canada once I get ITA? Is there any possibility they will depot me at the POE knowing the employer contract has been ended?

Has anyone in the same boat like me?

Please assist me if you have come across same situation.

To apply for a BOWP, you need to have received AOR, and your work permit must still be valid when you apply.

I can't answer the question about whether or not you will be allowed entry to Canada.
