    FSW WORLDWIDE

Sadly it still is the easiest system. What other realistic option does one have for permanent emigration? UK is unreliable and changes it's policies every election. NZ doesn't have much of an economy to speak of. Australia's anti-immigrant sentiment has led to them closing off or restricting...

No, not every border crossing allows for it. You'll have to enquire in advance by contacting them.

Visa Refusal with no specific reason

@Geet7 @Naturgrl You don't need to be a Canadian resident anymore to request GCMS notes. Most people don't know this but under the latest changes, anyone (yes, even those outside of Canada) can request personal information of them held by any Canadian govt. agency under the Privacy Act...

Letter of Explanation - Not provided while applying for Study Permit (via SDS stream)

Don't waste time - just submit it via webform. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx Make sure to mention your UCI # (Client ID) and application # even though they are optional information on the webform. Even though LOE/SOP is technically optional, only...

Worked less than one hour on UberEats after graduating but prior to applying to PGWP. Should I expect a rejection?

Unlikely. Tax and employment information isn't automatically shared with IRCC or CBSA. Most people get caught because someone reports them and then IRCC starts investigating.

    Judicial review settlement offer

Did you do the judicial review yourself? Because if you hired a lawyer then they should be ones answering this question. I can't look at your old posts since you've limited your profile but was your JR settled out of court or was your case actually heard by the Federal Court? If it was settled...

You should've researched more before attempting to flagpole. Airports are the worst for flagpoling. Best are land border points in British Columbia. You will rarely have a problem in British Columbia. Sometimes it's worth taking a domestic flight to Vancouver just for flagpoling purposes. Point...

Fees through a card ,Flywire or CIBC. My bank is unable to make this Transfer in these ways

Why do you need permission from your bank? I put in Bangladesh in FlyWire's form, and it seems like FlyWire supports all Visa credit and debit cards issued in Bangladesh. You can see for yourself: https://payment.flywire.com/pay/payment By "telegraphic transfer" the bank employee probably meant...

Has anyone tried to contact Canadian MP to help speed up SDS applications in India

MPs can speed-up processing of GCMS notes though. Use fax over email or twitter. They always respond to faxes. Yes, even if you're not a cittzen, not a resident they'll help with with expedition of GCMS. Not all MPs, but most will. Again, fax is key.

Received caips notes. What to do

That applies to all programs offered in Canada though. In my opinion, justifying why you're not going for a local program is easy but a lot of applicants overlook it. If the applicant just mentioned the negative things about higher education in their country then they'd be fine. Negative things...

Received caips notes. What to do

Given that you're going to pursue a Bachelor's, did you attach your high school certificate and marksheet? Did you apply under SDS or non-SDS? I feel like visa officers reject non-SDS for financial reasons a lot more. Try submitting as SDS and increasing GIC to the maximum allowed of $20K...

Regarding Freelancing As an International Student

You don't need explicit permission from anyone. I think you should be fine working full time as long as you don't take any Canadian clients. If you take on Canadian clients (or clients with a physical presence in Canada), then you should adhere to the 20-hour rule. Yes, you will have to pay...
