Yes that makes absolute sense. I am just a bit scared cause iv been hearing the online services are down, so I dont want to withdraw and attempt making a new one and I am stuck not being able to . I dont know if the system being down also applies to creating a EE profile.

Well just keep trying every hour till you head to bed, hopefully tomorrow is a better day. I actually really hope they are working on it cause a lot of people are also missing out on deadlines because its not working. *fingers crossed we get this done before monday.

I checked online and it seems this has been going on for a few days but some people mentioned they were able to get on yesterday, so I am trying like every single hour with the hopes it will go through. I am not sure if they resolve these problems during the weekend or we would have to wait...
