I was only trying to withdraw and resubmit my EE profile, I was able to. I wont be uploading documents online for my application, I will probably hand deliver them. But keep trying to upload your documents, it will eventually work.

The issue I was having is they wanted me to pay half the tuition which is about $7000 so I will just go on to apply for visitor visa and i just got my PT from ontario this morning. so I will apply to restore status and visitor visa and accept invitation from province of Ontario

I got my PT this morning! guys it works, withdraw your profile and resubmit! i resubmitted mine over the weekend and got an invitation!! GOODLUCK!

does anyone know what happens if I sent in my application to restore my status along with a request for a visitor visa and during that time i receive a nomination ? Do i have to wait to get the visitor visa back first before I can send in my documents for the nomination?

well looks like the occupation in demand stream is full so I lucked out on that, will just have to wait in the pool.

How do you apply for the SINP? you said they dont require any fees? Please let me know so I can check and see if i have any luck

If you dont have to use a lawyer and can do it by yourself, I would highly suggest you do so. I paid 3500$ for a lawyer and I pretty much do 80% of the work and research. Save yourself the money guys
