i don't see why this should be an issue, i am sure there are a lot of people that apply for study permits to further or build upone their education. I would just advise that when you send in your study permit also send in a statement of purpose explaining why you now choose to return to school...

honestly I am not too sure when it comes to changing your plates. To be sure you can call service ontario and they will let you know the procedure when it comes to changing plates for provinces but I think it is possible

Just call your car insurance company and let them know and when you get to ontario switch your plates to ontario plates.

Does anyone know the guidelines for provincial nominee programs? When you are nominated by a province and get PR through them , do you have to stay in that province forever or are you allowed to leave after a certain number of years? Does anyone know?

I have heard that your PR can be revoked if you do not stay in the province that nominated you . I also heard you have to stay in that province for the first 3 years then you can leave and move elsewhere. It's confusing.
