hello, thank you for your response. I prefer to apply online as it will be received faster as compared to if I mailed it to the states ( I will lose some time in the days that it takes to get there) I will also include a letter of explanation just to support my application. Thank you again

I normally just follow the december thread, so I am able to see which members have recieved their AOR and nomination. They also have like a spreadsheet so you can actually see who has gotten an AOR and who hasn't and what not.

hey guys , good news!!! I got my restoration of status as a visitor approved last friday and will now go on to apply for my study permit for my masters. my application was delivered jan 18th! Great news to start the week.

when you graduate from uni, go on and apply for your pgwp. just follow the regular steps as if you were not applying for the masters stream because you do not know how long it will take to get nomination.

i think when they say secured document, they are most likely sending you the study permit paper for you to keep in your passport.

you applied for visitor visa and that got rejected? so did they tell you to restore your status again as a visitor since you can't restore as a student or a worker?

what visa did you have that got refused? are you kids here with you? did you already apply for spousal sponsorship?

I don't actually think that would be a big deal or reason for refusal to be honest. As long as they can see you can afford the tuition and cost of living , you should be fine
