If passport expire date less than 6 months you cant cross border. But you dont need to wait until 2024 september. If you check 3-4 times daily you can catch earlier date.

We are in the same boat with you. Everything is same with your process. You will complete 23 months on november and i will complete on december. After processing time is over first we should talk to IRCC to make our application flag. And we can also contact to Mp.

This is depends on applicant. If you are single or married or dependent oversea or you lived more than 6 months in any other country before you came here etc… many things affect processing time.

Its too early to guess for your application. If you applied protected person category, it shows 23 months on IRCC website. You should pass and complete all stages and then you will get pre arrival, portal emails and ecopr. After that you will wait for your pr card.
