After this update most of applicant got portal email in couple days or couple weeks. But for you its over 5 months after this final decision update. You should call ircc beginning of November. Maybe they will flag your applications and it will work. Hopefully we all get good news soon. Good luck

Its depends on officer my friend. Some applicants got pr card less then 23 months, some others got is more than 23 months. I believe there are still people from 2019. Dont compare your application with others. It confuses you. Good luck

Probably one or 2 weeks. But your lawyer may have digital copy. And you can apply pr with digital copy.

Ircc website says 23 months.

He says he has rtd and pr. So if he has pr he can go to Mexico without visa. Rtd and pr enough. And he is not asking about Europe countries.

Oh if dependent is not in Canada, you cant apply for work permit. First he should get pre arrival service letter and then he will come to Canada. But im not %100 sure.

You dont need to wait until aor because you have notice of decision.

If he is your dependent on your pr application the you can apply work permit for him.
