You should have copy of passport before you give them to immigration. If you cant find it you should call ircc and ask.

Pre arrival means for applicants who applied out of Canada to come here. But everybody get this update even applicant is already in Canada. Your family members application is moving which is good.

Getting pre arrival and eligibility means they are working on final decision. Sometimes they finish it in couple days or couple months or over a year. I think it’s depends on your luck. When they r done with final decision they send portal request emails for 2 times and then waiting for ecopr. I...

It looks your application is fast. So we cant say 2 weeks or longer. Some people still waiting for pr card more than 2 years. You should wait but not long time.

Next step is final decision and portal requested email 2 times. After you submit second portal request, you will wait for your ecopr and then pr card.

Medical sections turned to blank for most of us. After pre arrival you should get eligibility passed letter. If you also got eligibility passed letter you will get final decision, and portal 1 after a while portal 2 and then ecopr.

If you have visa, all airline companies accept. Some of them dont know about Rtd but they contact to border or irc and get information.

Print that electronic copy and take it to Service Ontario. You will get health card temporary paper and they will send card to your address.
