Hi December applicants. Please note that the CIC has issued a new form for IMM 0008 in November 2014 and this should have been inserted in your applications instead of the August one.

From I have read and through contacts with CIC, we are deemed to be applicants as from the date they have received the new forms. Also check your application status and you will see they have received the application on the date they have received the new form

Hi. CIC received our updated form on 14 October 2014 and we got our SA on 13 Nov. My wife, the sponsor called them about every two weeks to request an update. We got our SA just after she called CIC. Try calling them and maybe you will get lucky :)

Yeah i originally filed my application on 2 sep and subsequently sent the updated form on 14 October. Had to pester CIC constanttly to get SA before 44 days ;D
