I suggest that you have to wait until CIC contacts you to provide the updated form. If your application is complete and just the new form is missing then they will request only the updated as in our case. We had sent the June form instead of the August one. The sad part is that they will deem...

I have received AOR from Pretoria one week after I had received SA. I have never contacted them so far so I don't know how long they take to respond. If you ever email them, I suggest you insert your file number for their ease of reference.

No i have not contacted them either. My medical will expire in July. Hope they start working on our file soon. Do keep us updated when you receive an update from them. Thanks.
