Are u in canada ? Try calling them at 7 am. You Wille eventually get an answer around 7:30am. I know it long time to wait but it's the best time u could get hold of them. I have tried them twice and it worked during that time. Hopefully that helps you. Let me know

If you want to claim a job offer point 50 you need to get LMIA document. Your emplyer has to apply for you and send the application to service canada. I am on PGWP too and in pool as well. Good luck to us
