Hi guys, I need to talk to CIC and have been trying since Tuesday in different hours but the machine always says "I'm sorry we are experiencing a lot of calls and are unable to transfer you to an agent".

I've called CIC before so I know it's perfectly possible to speak to an agent.

Has anyone been experiencing the same this week?

Try different option like replacing documents or french if you know..

Are u in canada ?
Try calling them at 7 am. You Wille eventually get an answer around 7:30am. I know it long time to wait but it's the best time u could get hold of them. I have tried them twice and it worked during that time. Hopefully that helps you. Let me know

Thank you. I will definitely try that.

But what time should I consider? Sydney, Nova Scotia time? Toronto time? I have no idea, as I'm not in Canada
