Query : Valid job offer in Canada

Hi All,

I am currently studying in Canada and have received a job offer from an company here. I also do have more than 3 years of experience working outside Canada. The job offer details do mention that it is a permanent and full-time job with the job position, salary, etc.

While filling up Express Entry profile under the question "Do you have a valid job offer in Canada" . My questions are:-

1) should i select Yes or No as I am confused with LMIA?
2) Do they still check for LMIA? Because I don't see those questions coming up when filling up Express Entry profile.
3) Since this is an MNC organization should i be concerned with LMIA?

A job offer is only valid if you have LMIA or if you have an employer specific work permit (closed work permit) and you've worked for that employer for a year.

With regards of lmia and high/low wages, I want to apply for lmia but I don't know which stream should I apply under.

I am on PGWP and working in ontario , NOC B 4214 .
Wage is $16

Please kindly help
